The project is related to creating a database and web application that will be used by scientists for managing their studies and all data associated with them. Translational Research aims to develop translatable animal models to investigate the pathophysiology of diseases.
Responsibilities:
The project is related to creating a database and web application that will be used by scientists for managing their studies and all data associated with them. Translational Research aims to develop translatable animal models to investigate the pathophysiology of diseases.
Responsibilities:
- Communication and collaboration between the business and IT
- Working closely with Product Owner, Delivery manager, UX designer and development team to find optimal solutions and present them to the business
- Gathering requirements from scientist/researchers and translating them into written documentation
- Working closely with Product Owner to assure the good understanding of the needs of business in changing scientific landscape
- Translating and simplifying requirements
- Requirements management and communication
- Ensuring the project team shares the product vision
- Providing business context to the development team and inspiring them to optimize and aim for a better IT product
- Working with business stakeholders, interpreting and translating their needs into a consistent vision of a product
Requirements:
- At least 3 years of experience in business analysis (independently)
- Master’s Degree in Computer Science or similar
- Strong knowledge of business analysis process
- Strong knowledge of analytical artifacts (process modeling, user requirements documentation, functional requirements, state diagrams, examples of use, scenarios, traceability matrix, decision tables).
- High communication and interpersonal skills
- High personal culture
- Clear formulation of ideas, curiosity
- Strong experience in international projects
- Assertiveness and empathy
- Ability to listen actively
- English at least at C1 level
Nice to have
- Master degree or higher, preferably in Life Sciences
- Knowledge of statistics is a plus
- Knowledge of data visualisation is a plus.
- Knowledge of in-vivo pre-clinical research is a plus.
- Wet lab experience is a plus.
