Job description
We are a scandinavian workplace with offices in Sweden and Poland – Part of Constellation Software Inc. a Canadian stock listed software business.
Avance Metering develop software for Metering business in the energy market. It is used to manage utility meters, collect and validate meter data and events, and monitor Electricity Grids.
We are looking for:
Senior Frontend Developer
Work in these projects involves:
- Influence on design, architecture and whole lifecycle of the solution
- Impact on our deployment pipeline (TeamCity and Octopus)
- Being part of a scrum team and working closely with Product Owner in order to understand how the system works and define and verify the functional and system requirements
- Improving existing code
- Writing unit and integration tests
Preferred background and qualifications
- 5 years of experience as Frontend - JavaScript developer
- Very good knowledge and experience with React JS
- Experience in state management libraries (Redux or Cerebral)
- Ability to write clean and readable code
- Experience with map solutions is a plus
Preferred personal qualities
- Passion for programming
- Curious and eager to both learn and teach
- Good communication skills
Language skills
- English: Since we are an international player, you must meet good verbal and written communication skills
