We are looking for a Full-Stack TS Developer to join our team working on innovations for the jewelry industry.

The challenge we are facing is creating a top-notch e-commerce platform based on the latest technologies, enabling our customers to buy jewelry with diamonds we manufacture. In our search for the best possible shopping experience for our customers, we are also working on a project to create a physical device that is a process innovation in omnichannel sales. We are looking for passionate developers who will stand side by side with us and create industry-changing innovations.

We have gained our experience by running the auroria.pl e-commerce for six years and creating applications such as a 3D configurator of engagement rings or an AI-based model of shopping jewelry preferences. The team leader has 14 years of extensive programming experience, including six years as a Javascript Developer. He is focused on agility, independence of team members, trust, and the use of best practices.

About the role

• You will be part of a goal-focused and fun environment where openness and collaboration are the most important values.
• We are working together to develop a platform for our use, so we have a total influence on its shape.
• Our team is located in the office in Poznan, but we are open to remote collaboration.
• In this role, you will use Vue.js (with Nuxt.js framework) for building client app and TypeScript (NestJs) on the backend.
• We use good practices in writing code and work management - we use Jira and Slack to collaborate.
• We develop our platform in Domain-driven Hexagon Architecture using the monorepo approach (Turborepo)
• We are focused on unit tests, so testing frameworks like Jest will be on a daily basis.

Who are we looking for?

• Minimum of one commercial TypeScript programming experience.
• Experience in using the Vue.js and Nest.js framework is more than welcome.
• Experience in relational databases (MySQL) is more than welcome
• A person who is motivated, driven and has an owner's approach to the responsibility they fulfill

What does the recruitment process look like? It consists of 3 stages:

1. Recruitment interview - this stage will allow us to get to know each other. I will be able to tell you more about Auroria, what we do and what projects are ahead of us in the near future. I will also ask you some questions that will allow me to learn more about your experience and the knowledge you have. This will also be an excellent time to get to know each other's expectations for future cooperation. [ca 1h]
2. Task - in this stage, I will ask you to perform a small task that will allow me to confirm your technical knowledge in practice. The task will not be extensive, but it will be embedded in the reality of our company. [ca 1.5h]
3. Conversation about the terms of cooperation - at this stage, we will define the detailed terms of our collaboration, which will be an input to the future contract. [ca 1h]
