OutSystems Developer
Remote work from the territory of Poland
Scope of work:
The OutSystems Developer will be responsible for providing global support and development for core health care insurance applications. Support the acceleration by getting involved in test automation and improvement of the CI/CD. Candidate should have a development background which can be used to handle potential development and change request process in project. Candidate should demonstrate a very good communication and soft skills. The ability to coordinate the team will be an advantage.
We are looking for:
- Professional experience as an OutSystems developer at least 2 year or more
- Experience with the Finance and Insurance industries is preferred
- Programing experience in JavaScript, CSS
- Programing experience in C# .Net
- Knowledge of database MS SQL design including the ability to write complex queries and administration skills
- OutSystems Professional Web Developer certification is a plus
- Demonstrated skills in organization, prioritization, time-management and decision-making
- Good oral & written communication skills in English
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Ability to influence across multiple levels of an organization
- Strong teamwork orientation
- Experience with mentoring less experienced team members
- Highly effective communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to work within tight technical and business constraints
