1st line support with Dutch
The person hired for the position will be responsible for:
· 1st line support and advisory of international customers
· The receipt of issues reported by users, concerning the operation or interpretation of one or more information systems
· The coordination of rapid and appropriate responses, including: channeling requests for help to appropriate functions for resolution, monitoring progress
· Keeping users appraised of progres
Requirements:
· Fluent Dutch (min.C1) English (min. B2)
· Basic knowledge of Windows, MS Office
· Interest in IT and willingness to learn
· Teamwork skills
· Responsibility
· Communicativeness
· The accuracy and commitment to work
· The ability to act swiftly and make decisions
· Good organization of work
· TOEIC certification would be a plus
· Ability to work in shifts
