The Critical Incident Management team is our company’s “fire crew” which supports over 200 customers around the globe, including the most critical contracts and services. We are here to drive the resolution of P1 and Major Incidents in a timely manner and we are really good at it.
 
In order to join our prestigious group of Critical Incident Managers you should:
 
  • Be a leader and true great teammate, we are on this crew together.
  • Demonstrate the ability to lead virtual teams and chair troubleshooting calls with confidence and authority.
  • Effectively handle interactions with stakeholders at all levels, from Service Desk agents to Senior Management executives.
  • Have excellent written and verbal communications skills in English.
  • Remain calmed and focused under stressful situations, being able to multi-task and delegate whenever required.
  • Strive for excellence and continuous improvement.

For this role it is highly desired to have:
 
  • Experience in ITIL processes, experience related to the incident management will be an advantage
  • Understanding of incident management and/or problem solving techniques.
  • General knowledge of IT infrastructure and technologies.
  • Leaderships skills, stress resilience and ability to learn quickly

As any “fire crew” we should be available 24x7 for which we organize the working schedule in shifts and on-calls. We are a flexible team that has the possibility to work remotely and we support each other exchanging shifts/on-call duties in order to match it with our work-life balance needs.
