THE ESSENCE OF THE JOB:
- Supervise and proactively maintain the environment to ensure a stable operation;
- Provide level 2 support for issues and problems;
- Management and maintenance supported infrastructures;
- Provide support for ISDN and SIP voice circuits
- Provide on-call support for the corporate environment;
WE ARE ON THE LOOKOUT FOR A SPECIALIST WITH EXPERIENCE AND KNOWLEDGE IN:
- Knowledge of VoIP protocols (SIP, SDP, RTP);
- Session Border Controller (AudioCodes or Oracle);
- Cisco Voice Gateways;
- English- minimum B2 level;
OTHER SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE THAT WE VALUE:
- IP networks;
- Good interpersonal skills;
- Ability to work well within a team;
- Good analytical skills;
