We are currently looking for Application Engineer
Remote work from the territory of Poland
What will you do?
As a Technical Engineer you would be responsible for UC4 technical service:
- Monitoring of the running processes
- Error handling in accordance with the customer requirements
- Objects scheduling
- Creation of new objects, processes requested via ticket tools in compliance with the existing system logic (used platforms: UNIX, SAP, Windows)
- Implementing new technical solutions
- Admin activities: user account maintenance, patches control
- Preparing and keeping up to date project documentation
- Additional tasks (depending on the project): manual data transfers done on request of the customer in separate environment, e.g., WINSCP
- Customer communication: active responding to the customer needs, requests, common problem solving, etc.
