The role of the IT Security Architect/Consultant contains the following duties and responsibilities:
The role of the IT Security Architect/Consultant contains the following duties and responsibilities:
- Communication with all stakeholders, in particular ISO ITERGO, global IT architects, development units and operations
- Co-responsibility for the design, development, control and presentation of the ITERGO target architecture for IT security ("IT Security Landscape") consisting of prevention, detection, response and recovery measures
- Design of tailor-made IT security solutions for critical projects and verification of their implementation
- Joint responsibility for anchoring the IT security architecture specifications in the development, control and operating processes and, if necessary, consulting/training the persons involved ("stakeholders")
- Coordination and mediation with stakeholders in finding pragmatic, legally compliant solutions in complex large-scale projects
- Responsibility for creating decision templates for the Architecture Panel and the Architecture Board
Job specification:
- Academic degree or comparable vocational training, preferably in IT and/or management
- At least 5 years of professional experience as an architect and/or consultant in IT security and/or information security
- Broad, proven IT experience background
- ISO27001, CISSP, ISSAP, TOGAF and COBIT certifications desirable
- Long-term experience in the IT environment of financial services companies and technologies used there
- Many years of practical experience in managing complex IT projects
- Many years of experience in corporate structures and global matrix organizations, as well as with complex IT services and solutions
- Ability to cooperate, assertiveness, diplomatic skills
- Good analytical and concept development skills
- Ability to present complex facts clearly, comprehensibly and precisely to general public
- Fluency in English (mandatory) and German (optional) languages
- High self-motivation and ability to work under pressure
- Good teamwork abilities
