As the Test Lead / Manager, you will be overseeing the overall success of the testing, responsibility for planning, coordinating, testing for the current sprints, and test execution monitoring; including resolving issues that hamper test effort.

Your day-to-day responsibilities include:

• Building up and leading the Testing Team to manage & control the individual testers and combine their work outcomes
• Manage software testing resources (train, allocate and monitor)
• Defining the scope of testing within the context of each release / delivery in alignment with the Lead Arch/Workstream Solution Architects

• Design, Prepare / review test plans, execute and report software tests

You’re ideal for this role if you have:

• Min. 5+ years experience in project & test management
• Sound knowledge of various testing types & automation tools
• Knowledge of at least one database management system and Acquainted with different operating systems
• Familiarity with test management tools
• Knowledge of business analytics and marketing
• Proficiency in written and spoken English
• Coordination and leadership skills
• Knowledge of at least one programming/ scripting language
