Job description
We are seeking a Technical leader who as a team member would like to take overall responsibility for architectural and technology related decisions in newly established team responsible for a ship safety management system that supports quality and safety processes and reduces the administrative efforts of shipping companies.
Key responsibilities will include, but will not be limited to:

Technical leadership of the development team:
- Coordination and decision taking regarding architecture and other technical aspect
- Communicating and clarification of conclusions to assure quality of deliveries and motivation of team members.
- Guiding other less experienced team members if needed
- Close cooperation with Product Owner

Software programming using:
- Microsoft Visual Studio, C#, .NET
- Windows Presentation Foundation
- SQL anywhere, MS SQL
- ReactJS and related technologies
Position Qualifications
- Solid knowledge of .Net desktop and web applications development and ability to share it,
- Experience with Microsoft WPF,
- A good understanding of object-oriented design principles and patterns,
- A good understanding of SQL and database design,
- Knowledge of modern JavaScript frameworks and libraries such as React, Redux,
- Experience with agile development methodology such as Scrum,
- Good verbal and written communications skills in English.
