Owns, Execute and manage the web data analytics strategy that focuses on tracking and reporting against website journey metrics, including interaction events and conversions
Provide platform-based insights and proactive recommendations for site enhancements
Find solutions to business needs (finding new apps, update GA, GTM settings etc.), develop and manage detailed business and functional requirements
Research site speed & optimization ideas, code cleanup possibilities, based on KPIs
Own and operate web analytics function across: Google Analytics, Adwords, Search Console, DataStudio, Semrush, SFMC etc.
Quantitative data analysis using Google Analytics/Data studio
Create & manage reports in Google Analytics, Data Studio, Databox, spreadsheets etc.
Manage GTM settings: creating and publishing tags for different scenarios: link tracking, YouTube video plays tracking, conversion pixels, UTM, FB Pixels etc
Manage GA settings: filters, Enhanced ecommerce, referral exclusions, analysis of the data
Maintain documentation on how to tag and measure performance and conversion across websites, apps, themes, dashboards, reports etc
Requirements:
Is a great communicator, analytical, technical and can work independently
Have an affinity with social media, advertising and technology
Like Excel, but know the real visualization is done with Google Data studio and/or PBI
Understand the proficiently HTML and JavaScript. Python is a plus
Report results creatively through visualizations and narratives to facilitate strategic development using your recommendations
Advise future strategic planning by providing audience insights and making recommendations on key KPIs
