Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in R programming including documented experience with package development according to best practices
- 4+ years of experience in R packages commonly used for data munging and visualisation (dplyr, ggplot2, plotly, shiny, etc.)
- 2+ years of experience in shell scripting skills, experience with version control and basic familiarity with Docker
- degree in bioinformatics, biology, computer science or related disciplin

strong background in bioinformatics and computational biology, including:
- understanding of biological concepts
- experience with NGS data analysis and familiarity with Bioconductor packages used in genomics
- solid foundation in Biostatistics and understanding of state of the art computational methods used in genomics (Analysis of Gene Expression, GWAS studies, etc.)
- full fluency in English, ability to directly communicate with research scientists and understand business requirements for scientific applications
