You’re ideal for this role if you:
have proven experience in PMO or Project Management within large, complex programs
have worked on SAP / ERP implementations or global transformation projects
are confident in tracking deliverables, milestones, and dependencies across multiple workstreams
proactively identify, log, and manage risks and issues, ensuring timely escalation
are comfortable working in a structured, governance-driven environment with clear methodologies
have strong stakeholder management and communication skills in an international setup
can operate effectively in a matrix organization and coordinate across distributed teams
are detail-oriented but also able to see the big picture of the program
are resilient and able to manage multiple priorities under pressure
are fluent in English (written and spoken)
Nice to have:
familiarity with PMO tools (e.g. MS Project, Jira, Smartsheet, Planview)
experience in global, multi-country rollout programs (Wave / Deployment model)
knowledge of project management methodologies (PMI, PRINCE2, Agile, SAFe)
prior exposure to regulated environments (e.g. pharma, life sciences, finance)
Your day-to-day responsibilities include:
tracking and managing project deliverables, milestones, and dependencies across the PSR wave
ensuring timely identification, logging, and escalation of risks and issues
preparing and maintaining status reports, dashboards, and stakeholder communications
supporting governance by implementing PMO standards, stage gates, and reporting frameworks
coordinating with Delivery Managers, Integration Managers, and Business Analysts to ensure alignment
monitoring project progress and ensuring transparency across all workstreams
facilitating discussions to resolve blockers and keep the project on track
onboarding and supporting team members in PMO processes and reporting expectations
