Responsibilites:
- Remotely monitoring key system parameters to ensure optimum performance is being maintained.
- Serving as escalation point for application support and troubleshooting, providing guidance and direction in resolution of escalated issues and/or complex production, application or system problems.
- Creating and maintaining system documentation for domain technologies, including installation, configuration and appropriate troubleshooting steps.
- Technical management, operation and maintenance.
- Azure infrastructure and software monitoring.
- SLA and scheduled tasks monitoring and reporting.
- Audit and control reporting.
Requirements:
- Proven track record of work in a global information technology infrastructure environment and experience in installing, configuring and troubleshooting Microsoft platforms.
- Ability to function in a global organization with a flexible and dynamic team with a “can do” attitude capable of overcoming difficult challenges.
- Very good command of English.
- Effective cooperation and communication skills.
- Proactive, independent and structured work behavior.
- Microsoft Azure certifications strongly preferred.
