The project for our customer is a greenfield development project with a goal of creation of an innovative and comprehensive platform meant to be used by various types of actors in our customer's market. The software engineering lifecycle will be addressed starting from product vision ending on production release and support. Defining the most efficient way of defining project scope and requirements as well as requirements management will play a crucial role in this process. We need somebody who is capable and eager to take business analysis in a project from its dawn to a successful closure.
As a business analyst you will be responsible for gathering, managing business, functional and non-functional requirments into technical designs so that our development team has a crystal clear view of the expectation of the client and its business. Your daily work will consist mainly of collaboration with both of your business and IT stakeholders in order to find the right balance between them as well as creating user stories to document the outcomes of these discussions.

Your role in the team will include:
- Planning the business analysis and requirements management process in a project from inception to release. Executing this model
- Working with the customer-side business and IT stakeholders in order to define the product goal, vision and requirements
- Preparing high-level requirements to be used as an input for a product roadmap and project plan
- Creation and refinement of actionable user stories for detailed requirements that can be converted into software desgings
- Working with the UX designer to define user journeys based on the requirements raised by the client and feedback from the development team
- Maintaining product backlog in task management tools
- Active participation in project ceremonies like: Backlog refinement, Sprint planning, Retrospective, Demo
- Working and sharing knowledge with other BAs working to create the same product
- Test case review
- Creation and maintenance of product documentation
- Ad-hoc support for other project members: software engineers, testers, architect, UX designer
Required experience and skills:
- Working with requirements at every stage of the project - from defining high-level requirements to understanding, analysis, verification and maintenane of low-level, actionable requirements at user-story level
- Capable of creating diagrams illustrating requirements (Use cases, flow charts, Wireframes) to explain the problem and solution
- Responsible to create user stories for the requirements along with Acceptance Criteria.
- Expertise in Agile process and frameworks (Scrum and Kanban)
- Expertise in Story point estimation and poker planning methodology
- Proactive approach to the business analysis process in a project - project set-up and continuous improvements
- Stakeholder management - ability identify and manage relationships with project's business-side counterparts
- Creation and maintainig a good and productive relationship with the client
- Complete ownership and coordinating Agile ceremonies like Grooming meeting, Planning and Sprint Demo
- Shared ownership in the scope management, test case review
- Communication skills at a level enabling efficient knowledge sharing with peer business analysts and other project members
- Responsible for test cases review
- Experience in tools like JIRA, Confluence, Sharepoint and MS teams
- Very good command of English
Nice to have:
- Experience in the healthcare and insurance domain projects
- Understanding of the SAFe framework
