  • READY TO JOIN THE BROTHERHOOD?

You'd rather work in a Human 2 Human fellowship instead of B2B or B2C company?
We all here at ASPER BROTHERS believe that direct and close relations between people inside and outside the company are something that results in a unique and useful software. BROTHERS are not just our founders but most of all our team and clients. We reject the business slogans and instead of B2B, we work in a Human 2 Human model.

We’re looking for people who feel truly excited about everything digital just like we do! We are choosing to work only with challenging projects, so we build custom web apps solving real problems, exciting e-commerce solutions and websites only for interesting companies.

READY TO join the BROTHERHOOD? Hop on a board and LET’S SOFTWARE together!

WHY WOULD YOU LOVE IT HERE?

    1. Challenge yourself - we hate doing the same all day everyday so instead we all throw ourselves in at the deep end.
    2. Global clients - work with great people from the UK, USA, Germany, Ireland, Netherlands or even Hong Kong.
    3. Budget for education - Develop not just the clients’ projects but yourself too with the budget for courses.

HERE ARE THE HIGH LEVEL REQUIREMENTS:

    1. Your English needs to be at least B2 level proven in practice (not by certificates).
    2. Expertise in one or multiple frameworks: Laravel, Symfony, Magento.
    3. MySQL.

    WE OFFER YOU:

    1. Friendly atmosphere at work, yet goal-oriented.
    2. 6.000 – 12.000 PLN NET monthly (UZ/B2B contract) - depending on your skills and seniority.
    3. Exciting projects.
    4. Our “Let’s do it” approach in the purchase and adaptation of the latest solutions.
    5. The budget for tools, courses, workshops and any other educational initiatives.
    6. Office right in the city center and “no problem” approach when it comes to “home-office” days.
