    We are a PHP (Laravel, Symfony) and JS (Vue.js) software house which work for international clients (USA, Germany, Netherlands, Hong Kong, Switzerland). We cater to the needs of startups that already gained traction, want to outsource an MVP development or digital agencies that seek team extension. We work on cool projects that are challenging, for startups with vision and good collaborative approach. They understand IT and good web development standards. Even though we want to grow fast, we aim to work only with like-minded clients whom we like, who understand IT and who are able to provide us with at least a full-time Product Owner and even own CTO. During the sales process, we verify if we like each other, so we know we'll be able to make big things together in a good atmosphere. From our experience, IT projects go well when the teams have comprehensive tech capabilities and are accompanied by appropriate soft skills from the people that share similar values.

    WE'RE LOOKING FOR:

    We strive to hire an experienced CTO/LEAD DEV who will be a real team leader so that our company, dev teams and clients will benefit from your work. This is an on-site offer, in our office in Warsaw's city center.

    This is a management position, so you'll have a real impact on:

    As a CTO/Lead Developer your role would cover:

    1. Mentoring the dev teams on a daily basis.
    2. Creating and maintaining World-class development standards.
    3. Co-creating Human Resources structure.
    4. New projects due-diligence.
    5. Identifying and exploiting new technologies.
    6. Integrating and leveraging new technologies across company & projects.
    7. Driving the business strategy, revenues and reducing costs.
    8. Enhancing client relationships.
    9. Enhancing communication and collaboration.

    We also understand that youโ€™d like to code sometimes, even though itโ€™s a management position, so we wonโ€™t stop you from undertaking purely development tasks as long as you have spare time.
