How you will make an impact

Salesforce is key area of interest for all branches of our business. We have an exciting lineup of projects and initiatives for the upcoming years, making this one of the fastest growing areas in IT solutions in Arla.

As a Senior Solution Architect for Salesforce in our IT organization, you will work with the IT products in Commercial ART and set the functional and technical direction for our solutions in Sales and Service Clouds. You will collaborate closely with project and support teams, ensuring that our solutions align with the architectural landscape and meet the evolving needs of our customers. In addition, you will work alongside the Product Owner to scope the features and ensure they align with our technical direction. Building strong relationships and effectively managing stakeholders will be essential components of your role.

We are looking for a candidate who can thrive in a semi-formal environment, where your expertise in Salesforce will be highly valued and contribute to our continued success.

Key responsibilities:

More specifically, the role will include: 

• Work with project teams and Release Trains to design and describe Salesforce based solutions
• Conceptualize and assemble technology solution architecture designs to ensure that solutions meet business needs.
• Design and participate in build of solutions in Sales and Service clouds including integration to other systems in our landscape
• Evaluate solutions available in other clouds and Salesforce add-ins
• Assess migration of different tools and systems into Salesforce landscape

What will make you successful: 

• Experience from a similar role where you participated in the successful delivery of functional and technical components  
• Strong experience integrating Salesforce with external systems
• Strong knowledge of Salesforce Sales and Service clouds
• Knowledge of best practices and strong product quality mindset

Nice to have:

• Experience with integration of SF clouds to SAP
• Experience with CDP and Marketing Cloud
• Experience with Loyalty Cloud
• Experience with XP Cloud
• Experience with an agile culture and mindset  
• Experience within FMCG
