    Welcome to the Logistics ART at ARLA

    As a Scrum Master / Senior project Manager in the Logistics ART at Arla, you will act as a s servant leader for one or two Scrum Teams, helping them to deliver their PI Objectives and Sprint Goals. Currently we have open positioned within our inbound logistics and warehouse area.

    The purpose of the individual team varies, but the overall purpose of our Logistics ART is to enable the Arla business to service the Arla end customers in the best way. We standardize was of working, implement software and platforms for Arla supply chain to service the customers. We are looking for Scrum Masters for our Inbound area – the milk collection form the Farmers – and the Warehouse Area – where we have a ambitious agenda from automation to warehouse system update implementation.

     

    You will be part of:

    • Logistics ART team – which consists of approximately 50 people –All working towards the same goal of create better logistics baser for Serving the Customers of Arla.
    • A Scrum Master group of 5, where we support each other and spare on how we best support our teams.
    • Be part of Arla IT, which consists of roughly 500 IT professionals.

     

    What will you do in Logistic ART?

    As a Scrum Master you are responsible for the agile methods and processes in your teams. You are responsible for maintaining and continuous improving these.

    Additionally you will: 

    • Facilitate getting the work done, and drive efficiency and focus through challenging priorities, estimates, and keep the team and individuals focused on the agreed priorities
    • Facilitate planning, demo’s, backlog refinement, retrospective and stand-up meetings – effectively engaging and intervening when disagreements, misunderstandings or other types of impediments needs resolving in or between the teams
    • Assist with internal and external communication, improving transparency and engagement with the team's customers
    • Support and educate the product owners, especially with respect to timely refinement and engagement around the product backlog and product vision
    • Lead and coach the team in agile adaption – striving to get the team working as a self-organized team
    • Work with other scrum masters to increase the efficiency of the application of scrum across the train
    • Provide all the above using a servant leadership style, always challenge status quo and leading by example


    Who are you?

    You are an experienced (IT) Scrum Master, Agile Coach or Project Manager, who is ready take the next step and join a highly skilled agile release train building the Logistic future of Arla.

    • You have experience as Scrum Master or Agile Coach using agile principles and conducting Scrum ceremonies. To succeed in this role, you preferably also:
    • Have strong oral, written and presentation skills combined with the ability to facilitate meetings and lead group discussions for navigating complex solutions
    • Have a passion for coaching others and you are a true source of inspiration and motivation 
    • Are a phenomenal teammate who enables and constructively support and challenge others to succeed
    • Have solid project management skills in terms of prioritizing work, identifying dependencies and blockers to progress
    • Have experience working in a SAFe ART.
    • Are fluent in English
    • Preferable previous experience in supply chain, where previous warehouse management roll outs at sites will be an extra plus 

     

    This position is open for hiring in Denmark and Poland. We have offices in Aarhus, Denmark and Gdansk, Poland.
