About the job

We are seeking an IT Specialist specialising in Salesforce Marketing cloud with a deep understanding, perhaps even a passion for data. 

Within our Application Services team focused on Salesforce, your role will revolve around supporting, maintaining, and enhancing our Marketing Automation on the Salesforce platform. In this capacity, you'll become an important ally to Arla's marketing team, forging a relationship built on trust and expertise. Your primary objective? Implementing and maintaining scalable automation flows within Salesforce Marketing Cloud. You'll be the go-to expert, possessing a comprehensive understanding of our automation setup and the ability to swiftly troubleshoot any potential issues.

In addition to the above, your responsibilities will encompass:

• Conducting in-depth data analysis involving data models and SQL queries.
• Collaborating closely with the business to define automation requirements.
• Setting up and troubleshooting automation flows, including external integrations.
• Providing valuable consultancy to optimise our automation processes.
• Tackling bugs head-on, ensuring seamless automation performance.
• Managing data intricacies, including creating data extensions in Salesforce and conducting thorough data health-checks.
• Crafting and deploying tailor-made automation logic as well as custom templates.
• Actively engaging in important stakeholder meetings.

Who are we looking for?

Our ideal candidate is not just a developer with a deep understanding of Salesforce Marketing Cloud but someone who has a wealth of experience in providing robust support. Alongside your technical expertise, you should possess a high level of business acumen and familiarity with diverse marketing processes and automation setups. Extensive experience in data management is a must, coupled with a global mindset and outstanding English skills that enable you to seamlessly collaborate in our international environment. Your toolkit should include proficiency in technologies such as SQL, AMPscript, SSJS or JavaScript, along with hands-on experience in Workflow Engines, HTML, CSS, and expertise in one or more programming languages.
