About the job

You will be leading our three developer teams that we are currently running agile using the SAFE framework.

 

As there daily manager you will have personal responsibilities over the teams of total 15+ persons witch is a mix between internal and external consultants (different experience level), where we are aiming a future split for 70/30 between internal/external.

 

You will be responsible for Automation & Infrastructure department grove to contribute into the Dairy Strategy in expanding in application area, driving digital transformation in Arla, with a long term of expanding the department to setup based on demand coming from Supply Chain, as overall IT Strategy is that we need to do more development in-house.

 

As a team leader you will be joining the Extended Release Train Manager Team, directly driving the area improvements and delivery, as main voice of you teams members securing performance and a good place to work

 

Transformation in Arla

As their people manager and mentor you will need to drive the transformation journey, that was started last year from converting Arla being a classic Automation & Infrastructure application development to a more modern software house.

 

Task is to drive development and implementation of Arla Strategy, with that you will be given the possibility to set a huge foot print on how Arla is move forward and shaping the way organization is working with application for the next many years.

 

 

Specifically, you will:

  • Drive Automation & Infrastructure Department
  • Make sure the three teams are working towards the same goal and direction
  • Drive the overall solution setup by the architect into executable design
  • Making sure we can deliver the best service level as possible
  • Start transforming the teams into a more automated test mindset

 

Furthermore to stay on top of your game and to be a mentor for the teams in area domain, you will from time to time have a deep dive possibility personally into the Epic spike with the team areas.

 

Who are you?

  • You hold a degree within Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, Automation or similar
  • You have been working as people manager before
  • You have experience from working in a multicultural environment
  • You communicate effortlessly in English in writing and spoken
  • You are familiar with the Agile and Scrum frameworks
