You will be a part of the Information Security Team, whose objective is to ensure the security of all of Arla's primary systems, applications, and data. Your location could be Viby in Denmark or Gdansk in Poland.
In your role as Information Security Programme Manager, you will ensure a collaborative approach to working, integrating structured traditional Programme management with agile methodologies (SaFe). This integration will extend across Information Security and other IT teams (e.g., IT Ops) and the broader business, facilitating the coordinated delivery of significant change initiatives alongside ongoing operations. Your responsibilities will include:
We expect you hold a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, you bring years of hands-on experience in Project Management, particularly within information security. You excel in senior stakeholder management and leadership through influence. Your expertise encompasses Programme & Project Management, backed by a robust technical knowledge base.
Your career has focused on security technologies, architecture, and resiliency, where you have demonstrated the ability to lead project teams of security professionals. Your communication skills enabling effective collaboration and relationship-building across departments and stakeholders.
Adaptability is second nature to you, complemented by strong analytical and problem-solving skills, enabling you to assess and mitigate security risks efficiently. Besides this, you are adept at navigating regulatory requirements and industry best practices, holding relevant certifications and an understanding of standards such as ISO 27001, IEC62443, NIST, and COBIT.
Your proficiency in English, both spoken and written, is fluent, further enhancing your ability to contribute effectively.
