Customer Success Manager


Archdesk is a next-generation ERP software for construction companies in a SaaS model.

Working on some of the most notable construction projects around Europe for some of the biggest construction companies and tens of smaller subcontractors across the UK, the rest of Europe and UAE.


As Customer Success Manager you are responsible for our Customers' system configuration and ongoing support. You will become an expert in implementing our platform and ensure the highest level of customer experience!


This position is fully remote in Poland and can be undertaken on B2B or employment contract terms.


About The Role:


  • Software configuration and ensuring successful implementation,
  • Analysing the raw data provided by the Customer to determine its quality and readiness for implementation,
  • Conducting Customer training on custom setups,
  • Helping our Customers gain value by using our software and achieve the success they are looking for,
  • Solving customer problems,
  • Monitoring Customer Accounts to maintain high customer satisfaction,
  • Manage technical queries during the onboarding process,
  • Communicate with the product development and technical team on customer requirements and alignment with the development roadmap,
  • Resolve technical issues and other requests from customers.
  • Working together on internal processes improvements as part of the CS Team.
  • Owning the customer journey, from implementation through to renewals, upsells and beyond!
  • Providing on-going support to the clients within your designated group, ensuring their satisfaction and making the most usage of the product.


About You:


  • Strong understanding of construction industry workflows and terminology.
  • Experience in ERP/Project Management software implementation or similar,
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
  • Understanding of the SaaS model,
  • Ability to communicate confidently with customers
  • Proficiency in troubleshooting software issues and providing timely resolutions.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to effectively communicate technical information to non-technical users.
  • Understanding and experience of Jira.
  • Advanced Knowledge of MS Excel,
  • Basic knowledge of JSON
