Head of Enterprise Business Analysis
Archdesk is a next-generation SaaS, ERP software for construction and energy companies. Working on some of the most notable projects around Europe for some of the biggest construction and energy companies and tens of smaller subcontractors across the globe.
We are seeking a strategic Head of Enterprise Business Analysis to lead our business analysis efforts, ensuring we continue to meet the dynamic needs of our customers and drive the ongoing success and growth of Archdesk.
About The Role:
As the Head of Enterprise Business Analysis, you will play a pivotal role in our organization by overseeing the analysis of client business processes. Reporting directly to the CEO, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure Archdesk solutions align with our clients’ needs and market trends.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead on the Business Analysis for our Enterprise customers.
- Develop and implement comprehensive business analysis methodologies and best practices.
- Oversee the end-to-end analysis process from requirements gathering, data analysis, and business case development to implementation and evaluation.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify business needs, challenges, and opportunities, translating them into actionable insights and solutions.
- Ensure the platform is configured are optimised for customer success and business efficiency.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of implemented solutions, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and product utilisation.
- Drive process improvement initiatives, aligning them with the company’s strategic goals and customer feedback.
- Manage and resolve complex technical issues, liaising with the internal teams to ensure swift resolution.
- Support the Customer Success team in managing customer accounts, focusing on renewals, upsells, and overall customer satisfaction.
About You:
- Extensive experience in Project Management, including delivering complex projects from start to finish.
- Proven ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
- In-depth understanding of the SaaS model and its application within the industry.
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to effectively convey technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
- Proficiency in troubleshooting software issues and delivering timely, effective resolutions.
- Demonstrated leadership capabilities with a track record of successfully leading and developing high-performing teams.
- Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills, with a keen eye for detail and a commitment to excellence.
