鉁旓笍 Job responsibilities:

  • Provide advanced 2nd line technical support to end-users and customers through various channels, including phone, email, chat, or in-person;
  • Install and configure hardware and software;
  • Support the employee onboarding and off-boarding processes;
  • Prioritize and resolving service requests and incidents efficiently in a ticketing system meeting SLAs (Service Level Agreements);
  • Maintaining and tracking of IT assets;
  • Create and maintain detailed documentation for common technical issues and solutions, and contribute to the knowledge base;
  • Collaborate with other IT teams and specialists to tackle technical problems and projects;
  • Assist in important meetings (PC, Audio Video setups) as needed;
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in IT support and share knowledge with the team.

鉁旓笍Job Requirements:

  • Around 2 years of experience as an IT support specialist or in a similar position;
  • Languages: English min. B2 and Polish min. C1;
  • Ability to provide technical support and resolve IT issues;
  • Knowledge of computer hardware, software, and networks;
  • Ability to keep up with technical innovation and trends in IT support;
  • Ability and willingness to travel to client sites as needed;
  • Open and helpful attitude;
  • Interpersonal and communication skills;
  • Used to work independently and in the team.
