At APTIV, we design, develop, and validate systems to improve safety and comfort in vehicles. This includes the development of innovative computer vision features and machine learning algorithms for interior and exterior cameras. Examples of features are vehicle and pedestrian detection, lane detection, traffic sign and traffic light recognition, driver drowsiness sensing, seat occupancy monitoring, child presence detection, and hand gesture recognition.

In this fast-growing and innovative technology area, you would be working in an international team of computer vision, machine learning and embedded software experts to shape the future of mobility with us.

Type of work: hybrid.

Your Role

Integrate features and prepare the rollout into the production environment
Establish CI/CD pipelines and automation of workflows
Establish configuration management and manage releases
Manage Git branching and merging strategy
Actively participate in our SCRUM teams to efficiently plan objectives

Required Qualifications

Bachelor/Master of Science in Computer Science or a related field
Strong knowledge of Python and C++
Experience with Git
Experience with DevOps, CI/CD and Jenkins
Experience with Docker
Good practical experience with Linux and build systems (e.g., Makefiles, CMake, Bazel)
Fluent in English. Excellent written and verbal communication skills and good interpersonal skills

Nice to Have

Familiarity with cloud-native technology (Azure, Microservices, Kubernetes, APIs, etc.)
Experience with MLFlow
Knowledge of RUST
Familiarity with agile / SCRUM methodology
