Senior Algorithm Development Engineer

We are looking to expand our development team responsible for designing and implementing algorithms for Advanced Driver-Assistance and Autonomous Driving systems.

The Team focuses on the parking function.

Your Role:

• Development and implementation in C++ of active safety functions for mass production

• Establish and enforce quality control measures throughout the product development life cycle to meet defined quality standards and regulatory requirements.

• Analyze technical issues related to the given sensing function

• Make decisions regarding system architecture, design, integration, and testing, ensuring alignment with business goals and customer requirements.

• Unit tests development

• Root cause identification and resolution of software issues detected on higher levels of verification

• Cooperate with other teams to ensure robustness across developed platform

• Work in cross functional team environment

Your Background:

• PhD/ MSC degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Control Automation and Robotics, Physic or similar

•  5+ years of programming experience in C++

• Experience with radar / ultrasonics based detection/classification algorithms

• Experience in ASPICE

• Experience working in an agile development environment

• Experience in Polarion / Jira

• Basic programming skills in Matlab or Python

• Understanding of product and SW development process

• Understanding of statistical estimation, signal processing, time filtering

• Fluent use of spoken and written English

Nice to have:

• Experience in the application of driver assistance systems

• Experience with writing product requirements

• Experience with big scale projects

• A technology enthusiast and critical thinker with a knack for problem-solving
