Your Role

• Responsible to drive engineering processes
• Responsible to implement SCRUM based agile practices of SCRUM Teams on multiple international locations
• Run daily, weekly and monthly agile ceremonies efficiently and strictly
• Implements structure changes and strategy that are generated by agile retrospectives
• Coach, train and guide the engineering organization on agile methodologies
• Coach the SCRUM teams on self organization
• Improve transparency within the team
• Assessing SCRUM maturity
• Ensures that the team is fully functional and productive
• Enables close cooperation across all roles and functions and removes barriers

Your Background

• An experienced scrum master or engineer holding a degree in Science, IT, engineering or other
• Certified SCRUM Master
• Experience in Agile Development Environment in a cross domain organization
• Very good communication skills and persuasiveness
• Excellent English language skills
• Experience in ADAS or Autonomous Driving is a big plus
• Team lead or project execution track record experience is a big plus
• Programming experience or embedded knowledge is a plus
• Willing to accept regular employment contract and not B2B
