Manager – Generative AI Services

Global Software Services are an essential and growing organization within Aptiv that are responsible for all the tools, applications & platforms to over 6000 engineers that enable the creation of world class automotive solutions.

Your Role: 

• Reporting to the Executive Director of Global Software Services, you will build a new high-performing multi-disciplinary team responsible for productizing, hosting and rolling out ground breaking Gen-AI powered solutions for the Aptiv software development organization 
• Your team will be responsible for delivering multiple world Gen-AI solutions to help Aptiv build the next generation of autonomous driving solutions from some of the biggest car manufactures in the world
• Develop strategy and implementation roadmap for the delivery of cloud native Gen AI solutions across model training, model serving and deployment to over 6000 engineers globally
• Develop processes and tools strategies to support your team across Architecture, ML Ops and Site Reliability Engineering responsibilities 
• Demonstrate your flair for building agile teams and developing deep relationships with business
• Mentor junior engineers to develop excellent  
• Demonstrate your commitment with deadlines while constantly looking for opportunities continuous improvement  

Your Background: 

• You have a Computer Science degree or related  
• You have extensive experience in managing large, multi-disciplinary technical teams in global technology organizations in either Software Development, Devops, ML Ops or Architecture
• You have good knowledge of machine learning principles, architectures and design patterns, particularly generative AI technologies
• You have knowledge of Application Architecture principles for building highly resilience and secure digital services for a global user base
• You have Ambitious, Adaptable and Positive personality with willingness to develop leadership skills in a team oriented results driven environment
