    The role of Product Analyst is key to making data-driven decisions about International Expansion. The post holder will carry out analysis for ET and TET on International Expansion and recommend solutions to support the product and business in its strategy to enter new markets.

    • Salary: up to 170 PLN/h +VAT


    Requirements:

    • In addition to descriptive and diagnostics analytics methods you know predictive and prescriptive methods.
    • you know how to use them for solving business/product problems.
    • You can refine product level questions and generate new hypotheses about the product through a deep understanding of the data, our customers, and our business.
    • You are proficient in data querying and transformation (SQL/BigQuery), statistical computing and you create replicable analyses (i.e. code versioning).
    • You can use experimental design and perform A/B experiments.
    • You can define and design analytical events.
    • You define data architecture for data domains and product datasets.
    • You can define what data you need for taking informed decisions.
    • You can estimate the costs of data processing and optimize it.
    • You know the technical assumptions of cloud computing and can design analytical solutions in it.
    • You understand the product you are analysing and its business domain.
    • You understand business model connected to most products in your BU.
    • You are a subject-matter expert in your product and its functionality.
    • You acquire knowledge about new products and new business domains quickly - can onboard to them within weeks or months.
    • You demonstrate some knowledge regarding research and market trends.
    • You observe market (business) trends, technology trends and/or UX trends and can draw conclusions from them and identify which of them are applicable to your products.
    • You can perform basic market research incl. desk research and benchmarking on your own.
    • You can effectively enhance a research report with quantitative data, summarize it and provide recommendations for the product.
    • You have technical / UX / design knowledge sufficient to support the product development process.
    • You understand key technical aspects and challenges of the product you are analysing.
    • You understand basic design principles and can give feedback on interface design.
    • You know English at least at an intermediate level (B2) (written and spoken).
