Who we are and what we do?
- We are a software house developing software products (mainly) for german companies, startups and associations. Furthermore we partially share the same shareholder structure with our clients.
- We are committed to the objectives of our clients.
- We do not only execute, we contribute in any aspect in the project to ensure clients success.
- Our team consists of 25 people in our office in Off Piotrkowska and 15 people in our office in Berlin and Konstanz.
Main responsibilities
- Managing multiple software product development projects
- end to end project management lifecycle coordination
- creating estimations for potential and current clients with the team members
- ensuring that the product is in accordance with business requirements
- analyzing results and looking for the areas of improvement
- support the teams, Product Owners and the whole organization on Agile practices
- Leading the team and build a team culture
- Building bridges where needed between product team and clients team.
- Improve and develop product development processes together with CTO and CEO
Skills and Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience as Project Manager or Team Lead in IT Projects
- Experienced in lean project management methodologies, especially Kanban
- Leadership skills
- Ability to manage up to 30 tech guys
- Strong communication skills & respectful appearance
- Very good English skills spoken and written
- German speaking skills is an advantage
