Job description
AppYourself team includes 25 young people coming from different countries and working out from offices in Łódź and Berlin. AppYourself is a mix of mobile enthusiasts, tech talents and creative minds, that are developing an interesting and innovative products.
Main responsibilities
Main responsibilities
- Managing multiple software product development projects
- Coordinating the cooperation of different teams with different clients and product owners
- Managing processes, controlling the progress and identifying problems
- Leading stand ups and bringing product team together with product owners when necessary
- Keep the product clear from interferences
- Improve and further develop product development processes and team structure with CTO and CEO
Skills and Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience as Project Manager or Team Lead in IT Projects
- Experienced in lean project management methodologies, especially Kanban
- Knowledge about the concept of Product Owners and remote team
- Highly interested in the development of digital software products
- Leadership skills
- Ability to manage up to 30 tech guys
- Strong communication skills & respectful appearance
- Very good English skills spoken and written
