And now, we are looking for a new specialist to join our product team for BigPictureone of the leading project management tools used by over 30 000 teams from companies worldwide. The BigPicture solutions are used by CEOs, Managers, Directors, and Project Managers of companies such as Netflix, NASA, Tesla, Apple, Uber, Samsung, Porsche, Siemens, Intel, Boeing, LG, and many more.


As UI Developer, you’ll be responsible for the overall CSS development and performance of our products. This includes:

  • Designing a library of reusable styles and their implementation plan
  • Developing clear guidelines on how to create styles that enhance the user experience and how to implement them into our products effectively
  • Sharing knowledge and best practice with the rest of the team
  • Keeping up with emerging technological trends


Looks interesting? Make sure you:


  • Have at least 3-years of experience in a similar role
  • Understand and use a component-based approach in application development
  • Have very good knowledge of CSS3 / HTML5 / SCSS / RWD, TailwindCSS, Figma
  • You know DevTools and can find bottlenecks
  • You know what Critical Rendering Path is
  • WebPerformance is no mystery to you
  • Know how to optimize performance styles
  • Have experience in website information architecture and page layout planning
  • Understand web design/development concepts and processes
  • Understand Designing for Web Accessibility
  • Have excellent communication skills and know how to effectively communicate ideas, technical issues, and concerns to other team members
  • Have the ability to adapt to changing requirements, and diverse project needs
  • Excellent English language communication skills (at least C1) and native or near-native Polish language proficiency


It’s not a must, but we would consider it a great asset if you would also:


  • Have experience with multilingual websites and editorial skills/experience
  • Knowledge of Angular, TypeScript and OOP
