Your responsibilities
- People management & technical leadership (12 Specialists)
- Be an inspiring leader, mentor and assist the development of the data engineering team
- Report to the Director of Technical Department, work closely with Head of others teams, define the roadmap & long-term strategy for the data Team
- Great knowledge and understanding of the directions of business development
- Experience in implementing data modelling methodology
- Designing architecture
- Being a contact point for business users in terms of business data flows architecture
Requirements
- At least 3 years experience in a similar position (people management)
- 4+ years working in an Architect role including: designing and building complex data solutions
- Professional experience with BI technologies (especially SQL Server Platform, Power BI, Azure, T-SQL)
- Experience in delivering on prem and cloud data platforms
- Ability to communicate technical matters clearly and effectively to both technical and non-technical audiences
- Worked in the international multicultural business environment
- Strong will to improve the business and technical solutions
- Communicative, open to internal customer’s needs
- Fluent in English (written and spoken)
