Responsibilities:

Helping in defining and driving the client’s digital design
Being responsible for the delivery of an end to end design projects and driving the overall design process
Overseeing the quality of design solutions
Facilitate the creation of a product vision by researching, prototyping and user-testing experiences.
Translating requirements into the user flow
Creating innovative designs for components across all touchpoints
Providing design specifications, using Axure, Adobe XD or other relevant tools
Collating, contributing and communicating insights to the business and stakeholders
Identifying design problems and devise elegant solutions
Mapping journeys and finding friction points across Mobile and Web platforms
Measuring the results
Taking part in stand up meetings

Skills and experience required:

Ideally at least 3 years of professional experience in a similar position
Must be able to communicate his/her design thinking to the team and wider business and manage stakeholder expectations.
Is able to maintain a high level of conduct, ethical standards, and values
Adheres to and proactively enhances the firm’s compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and codes of conduct in all jurisdictions in which the firm conducts business and which have an impact on its business
Has previous experience with Axure, Adobe XD, Sketch, InVision or other standard UX software
Strong communication skills
Very good command of English
