Job Title: Senior SAP Product Lifecycle Management Consultant

Client: German Automotive Industry Client

Location: Poland (Remote)

Salary: 230-260 PLN per hour (B2B)

The Role: The Senior SAP Product Lifecycle Management Consultant will be responsible for working with the customer on all SAP PLM-related issues. This role requires a strong background in logistics and extensive experience in SAP PLM.

What You Will Do:

• Work with the customer on SAP PLM implementations and rollouts.
• Provide expertise in SAP PLM with 10-15 years of experience, including multiple rollouts, implementations, and support engagements.
• Support deployment teams with a focus on embedding change and raising capability within local markets.
• Engage and align with in-market leadership.
• Provide market-specific process and data expertise.
• Support the market through deployment by providing project/programme process knowledge and expertise.
• Champion standardization of processes and templates to achieve market benefits.
• Support the market through the data journey by providing to-be data model expertise.
• Act as a liaison between in-market teams and the central programme, serving as the first point of contact/escalation.
• Ensure successful completion of E2E testing, data loads, and readiness for cutover.

Preferred Qualifications:

• 10-15+ years of SAP PLM industry experience.
• Experience with multiple full implementation cycles of the SAP PLM module.
• Background in Siemens Teamcenter handling PLM processes and interface knowledge with SAP.
• Proficient in analyzing customer requirements.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Ability to analyze and resolve cross-functional issues.
• Ability to function independently with minimal direction.
• Preferred experience in the automotive industry or automotive supplier industry.
