IT PMO Manager – Join a Global Data Analytics Team

Are you an experienced PMO professional with a knack for numbers, data analysis, and cross-functional coordination? We’re looking for an IT PMO Manager to support a dynamic and global Data Analytics function within a large-scale IT environment.

What You’ll Do:

As the IT PMO Manager, you will act as a key liaison between Finance, Delivery, PMO, Engineering, and Business Management teams located across the globe. Your responsibilities will include:

• Managing project financials: tracking actuals, accruals, forecasts, and preparing variance analyses.
• Ensuring data quality and alignment across teams.
• Preparing monthly financial commentaries and reports.
• Monitoring financial performance versus project delivery.
• Supporting system updates and maintaining process documentation.
• Coordinating status updates, project reporting, and risk/issue management.
• Supporting team ramp-up and recruitment efforts.
• Managing resource allocation and portfolio planning for the analytics team.

What We’re Looking For:

• Proven experience in a PMO or similar project/financial coordination role.
• Strong analytical and reporting skills, especially in financial and project metrics.
• Excellent communication skills in English – both written and verbal.
• High attention to detail and a proactive, solution-oriented mindset.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively.
