Full Stack / Platform Engineer – Data Technologies📍 Location: Kraków (6x per month from the office)🧩 Contract type: B2B 📅 Start date: ASAP

Do you enjoy designing and building systems that make a real impact? Join a team working on a modern data platform in an international banking environment. We’re looking for an experienced Full Stack / Platform Engineer who will develop both backend and frontend solutions, automate workflows, and contribute directly to shaping the platform's future.

What you'll be doing:

• Building scalable microservices using Scala and Spring Boot

• Maintaining and enhancing CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, Ansible, Terraform)

• Executing and optimizing Apache Spark jobs for data processing

• Collaborating with UI/UX designers to build dynamic interfaces with Next.js / JavaScript

• Containerizing and orchestrating applications using Docker and Kubernetes

• Integrating with IT systems and automating platform processes

What we’re looking for:

• 5+ years of experience in software development (Big Data, on-prem or cloud environments)

• Hands-on experience with microservices, API integration, and process automation

• Knowledge of databases, messaging, and caching tools (Postgres, Redis, Kafka, etc.)

• Ability to work effectively in a complex, cross-functional environment

• A practical, problem-solving mindset and openness to mentoring

Nice to have:

• Experience with Google Cloud Platform or other major cloud providers

• Background in matrix-managed, large-scale organizations

• Experience in Big Data ecosystems (Hadoop, Spark, Hive, etc.)
