Job description

We're Hiring: Full Stack Developer (React + Node.js)📍 Location: Kraków – hybrid model (6x/month onsite)📅 Start date: ASAP🧩 Contract type: B2B

We are looking for a skilled Full Stack Developer to join an international team in the financial services industry. The ideal candidate will be passionate about building modern, scalable web applications, with a strong focus on React.js, data visualisation, and solid experience in object-oriented programming.

You’ll be working on a large-scale analytical and reporting platform, contributing to both frontend and backend development, with a modern tech stack and supportive environment.

What you’ll do:

Build responsive, dynamic web UIs using React.js, TypeScript, Redux, and modern frameworks (e.g., Next.js).
Contribute to backend development (preferably Node.js or Java/Scala).
Visualise complex data sets and build interactive dashboards.
Work with APIs, microservices, and cloud-native technologies.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams using Agile methodologies.
Maintain clean, scalable, and well-tested code.
Promote coding best practices and participate in code reviews.

What we’re looking for:

5+ years of commercial experience in full stack development.
Strong knowledge of JavaScript/TypeScript, React.js, HTML/CSS.
Practical experience with data visualisation libraries (e.g., D3.js, Highcharts, etc.).
Familiarity with backend technologies – Node.js, Java or Scala.
Good understanding of OOP principles and design patterns.
Experience with CI/CD, unit testing, and code versioning tools (Git).
Knowledge of databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, MongoDB, Redis) and messaging systems (Kafka, etc.) is a plus.
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
Experience in Agile/Scrum environments.
