Responsibilities:
- Leading SAFe 4.5 implementation 
- Driving Agile transition to achieve customer centric approach by providing coaching and workshops;
- Scrum Master for a team of 8 Scrum Masters;
- Support the development, implementation and optimization of agile project and product management methods

- Initiation of strategic initiatives to increase the use of agile methods

- Coach teams to understand and apply customer value perspective, quality assurance, development and software architecture in agile projects and coach the teams and the organization to increase understanding of agile issues as a daily task

- Through agile mentoring, training and workshops you improve the teams continuously and help to increase the velocity of the teams through "continuous improvements" within as well as outside the teams in the entire SAFe setup

- Support proactively the continuous communication and information flow between the agile teams & stakeholders 

Requirements:
- Master / Diploma in Computer Science, Information Systems or equivalent

- At least 2 years of experience in agile software development

- Experience as Agile Coach or Scrum Master in Software Development environment. 

- High personal ability to integrate and work in teams. Hands-on mentality. 
- Excellent communication and leadership skills. 
- High focus on quality and intercultural competencies

- Very good English, German would be a plus
