We are looking for well-organized Project Administration Assistant who will support a variety of ongoing tasks while learning the company’s processes.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Creating and updating spreadsheets (excel and smartsheet)
- Collecting and recording information/data needed
- Analysing and auditing information/data
- Assisting with creation, maintaining document templates
- Ensuring that currently approved forms are updated and available for use
- Documenting and monitoring plans, status, and reports
- Assisting in developing project plans, work schedules, and cost analyses
- Taking meeting minutes
- Filing in, scanning and archiving documents
- Collaborating effectively across departments to implement process and improvements
Our ideal candidate should:
- Be extremely organised
- Have excellent verbal and written communication skills in Polish and English
- Have strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- Have demonstrated problem-solving skills, positive approach and “can do” attitude
- Be able to produce accurate, timely results in a fast-paced, constantly changing environment
- Consistently looking for ways to become more efficient in completing tasks
- Be an expert in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) but open for learning new tools
- Have willingness to perform a variety of jobs as requested
- Be team player
- Be energetic & self-motivated
