Job description

We are looking for well-organized Project Administration Assistant who will support a variety of ongoing tasks while learning the company’s processes. 

Your key responsibilities will include:
  • Creating and updating spreadsheets (excel and smartsheet)
  • Collecting and recording information/data needed
  • Analysing and auditing information/data
  • Assisting with creation, maintaining document templates
  • Ensuring that currently approved forms are updated and available for use
  • Documenting and monitoring plans, status, and reports
  • Assisting in developing project plans, work schedules, and cost analyses
  • Taking meeting minutes
  • Filing in, scanning and archiving documents
  • Collaborating effectively across departments to implement process and improvements

Our ideal candidate should:
  • Be extremely organised
  • Have excellent verbal and written communication skills in Polish and English
  • Have strong analytical skills and attention to detail
  • Have demonstrated problem-solving skills, positive approach and “can do” attitude
  • Be able to produce accurate, timely results in a fast-paced, constantly changing environment
  • Consistently looking for ways to become more efficient in completing tasks
  • Be an expert in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) but open for learning new tools
  • Have willingness to perform a variety of jobs as requested
  • Be team player
  • Be energetic & self-motivated
