Your tasks will be:
- Investigating reported issues based on application logs
- Monitoring Anixe services
- Keeping a professional relationship with clients
An ideal candidate will be:
- Interested in Technology.
- Willing to learn and develop new skills.
- Advanced in English spoken and written
- Fluent in Polish
- Autonomous and creative team player
- Strong communication skills
- Available to work 12h shifts (night shifts included) – but you can plan it
We will appreciate:
- Previous experience in Support/Helpdesk environment
- Experience in: reading XML Logfiles, using Linux terminal commands, performing manual tests
- Knowledge of monitoring tools such as: Grafana, Pingdom
