Currently we are looking for a Front-end Software Engineer with React who will join our new B2C business unit. You will build and develop modern web apps with cutting-edge technologies for travel industry customers all over the world! You will be a part of our Scrum-based team, focusing on writing clean code while implementing best practices.
The ideal candidate must have:
- 3-5+ years of professional software development experience in a major web framework/ lib (e.g. React, Vue or Angular)
- React
- React Native (at least basic experience)
- Solid Javascript skills
- Redux / Flux
- ES6 / ES7
- React testing library
- At least a basic understanding of SEO and accessibility
- Knowledge of professional software engineering and best practices for the full software development life cycle, including coding standards, code reviews, source control management, build processes, testing, and operations
- Ability to work well in a dynamic environment and a diverse tech stack
Nice to have:
- Bachelor’s and/or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or related technical discipline
- Solid Functional programming skills
- Application architecture and design patterns
- Experience serving as technical lead throughout the full software development lifecycle, from conception, architecture definition, detailed design, scoping, planning, implementation, testing to documentation, delivery, and maintenance is preferred
- Experience in the development of distributed/scalable systems and high-volume transaction applications
- NodeJs with Express
- Firebase or any experience with Cloud Functions in general
- Detox and Cypress for e2e tests
