Job description

Andersen is hiring a Full Stack QA Engineer (C#) in the EU to test and improve a CRM/CMS system for player engagement. The role includes both manual and automated testing. 

The customer is a global company in the digital entertainment sector, developing modular platforms and advanced solutions for gaming, analytics, and user engagement. With a strong presence in regulated markets across Europe and Latin America, the company focuses on innovation, scalability, and seamless integration, consistently delivering high-performance digital products tailored to the needs of its partners. 
The project is focused on testing and ensuring the quality of a CRM module designed to manage customer relationships and improve engagement. It involves building a testing framework, defining and prioritizing test cases, and performing comprehensive manual testing to support reliable system performance. 

Responsibilities: 

  • Analyzing product requirements and business logic to identify testing needs and potential risks. 

  • Designing, documenting, and maintaining detailed and traceable test cases and checklists.  

  • Performing manual testing (functional, regression, integration, and exploratory) to validate new and existing features.  

  • Prioritizing test scenarios based on risk, impact, and business value; decide which should be automated.  

  • Developing, maintaining, and optimizing automated tests using Playwright (UI) and RestSharp / Rest Assured (API) in C#. 

  • Executing and monitoring test runs, reporting defects with clear reproduction steps, and collaborating on root-cause analysis.  

  • Integrating automated test suites into CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI) and ensuring their stability.  

  • Collaborating closely with developers, DevOps, and business analysts to ensure quality is built into every stage of delivery.  

  • Contributing test strategies, tooling, and process improvements to increase efficiency and reliability. 

Must haves:  

  • Experience in software testing for 4+ years, including 1–2 years as a QA Automation Engineer (C#). 

  • Solid understanding of software testing methodologies, defective lifecycle, and QA documentation standards. 

  • Strong programming skills in C#, with solid knowledge of OOP, design patterns, and data structures. 

  • Proven experience in framework development and maintenance from scratch. 

  • Hands-on experience with UI automation (Playwright) and API testing (RestSharp). 

  • Experience designing and executing manual regression, smoke, and exploratory test suites. 

  • Practical knowledge of CI/CD tools (Jenkins) and version control (Git). 

  • Understanding microservices and event-driven architecture. 

  • Familiar with Agile / Scrum practices and cross-functional team collaboration. 

  • Familiarity with BDD frameworks (SpecFlow, Cucumber or similar). 

Level of English – from Intermediate+ and above 
 

Nice-to-haves:  

  • Experience with cloud environments (AWS, Azure, GCP). 

  • Exposure performance, integration, or load testing. 

  • SDET or software development background. 

  • ISTQB certification or similar QA credentials. 

  • Background in FinTech or iGaming projects.
