Job description
LINKfactory and AMT Solution is looking for a senior project managar for our office in Wroclaw.
Linkfactory is a Danish based agency with 15 employees in Copenhagen and 10 employees in Wroclaw. We are looking for a Senior project manager who can run agile it projects in collaboration with our developers in Wroclaw and colleagues in Copenhagen.

About the position
The Project Manager will be a part of the entire project lifecycle: from the moment, a new client agrees to run a project, to the successful completion of the project. Clients can be Project manager or product owner in Copenhagen, which can be another colleague or the end customer.
You will become a part of a successful project team, consisting of project managers, designers and developers. You will play a critical role in success of the project and become responsible of ensuring the alignment of client needs, schedule, scope and cost across the entire project.
You will become the primary point of contact for clients and facilitate communication between the client and the project team. The project manager is expected to contribute to continual cooperation with clients and establish new relations.
Qualifications
- 3-5 yrs. of experience as Project Manager for IT projects
- Bachelors or Master’s degree, not necessarily within the area of IT, but you should be interested in working with web development
- Strong personal abilities including team building, collaboration and a positive attitude, which you are able to maintain during the entire project – even under pressure.
- Love working with project management
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, and able to do presentations
- Experience with Scrum and Agile is preferred
- Ensures structure of even complex projects
- Characterized as result oriented and ambitious
- Ability to contribute to continual cooperation with clients and establish new relations
- Ability to run the entire project lifecycle
- Thrive as facilitator between clients and the project team
