About the project
Renewable energy sources and the Green Home category are a new and difficult topic for customers. Amperio helps people to make good investments. We are a marketplace.
We verify installers, suppliers and installation prices and explain all tough questions about RES to make our customers’ life easier and safer. For installers, we provide traffic and customers interested in, for example, the purchase of a photovoltaic installation.
Our founders come directly from the RES and IT industry. We are a startup with a solid financing plan. In mid-February, you will see the new platform in Poland, Spain and Lithuania. In 2022, we plan to open the platform in more markets.
Role overview
We’re looking for a creative and talented Designer, ready to take ownership of end-to-end product and communication design. Beginning on a B2C website concept and implementation, ending on the digital advertising design.
Not afraid of challenges and keen to solve design problems.

Your responsibilities:
- Ownership of the full customer experience visual design - form the advertising to the website
- You will decide how the website looks, making choices about layout, fonts, and images to create an user friendly and aesthetically pleasing digital experience for our customers.
- Advertisement creatives design and fast, automated reformatting ((at the beginning it’s just you but soon we will provide you with a dedicated specialist to help with)
- Establishing design guidelines, standards, and best practices
- Looking after the consistency of the company's visual identity
- Optimizing your designs with web analytics reports for data-driven design and suggesting relevant solutions to increase the effectiveness
- Direct and constant cooperation with a multi-skill agile team (front-end developers, designers, content, product and marketing professionals).
Our requirements
- (Must-have) At least 2 years of experience on similar position
- (Must-have) English on an communicative level - you will be working with teams on several markets
- You have proven track of record of building of digital products, websites, mobile apps together with front-end developers and other team members and working on the digital field
- Great esthetics and creativity are your strenght
- You are resourceful and an enthusiast of the design and novelties
- You have got an exceptional attention to the detail
- You know how to automate your job and you are able to resize the banner to multiple different formats in minutes, not hours
- Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities, questioning the status-quo and assertively striving to implement new solutions
- Improvement is important for you, so you will look up to en effectiveness of your designs and constantly adjust, improve and change
