SAP SD (in-house) Consultant

Amer Sports Global Business Services in Kraków, Poland, part of Amer Sports, owner of leading sports brands such as Salomon, Atomic, Wilson, Arc'teryx, Peak Performance & others, is looking for an ambitious SAP Consultant, Sales & Distribution (SD) to join its Amer Sports Group IT.  As a member of a team of IT professionals, you will support business users from company's offices and facilities in Europe, work on projects and system changes, implement new functionalities. The primary goal of this role is to take ownership of support activities and manage them independently or in collaboration with other Global SAP Teams.

What you will be doing:

• Managing SAP incidents and service requests at 2nd or 3rd level support in the SD area in ECC and partially in S4 systems.

• Defining and coordinating support processes in the SAP area.

• Training Business Key Users.

• Maintaining and enhancing existing processes, working on change requests, and leading & supporting implementation projects.

• Suggesting solutions based on previous experience in system configuration and collaborating with ABAP developers, translating business requirements and processes into SAP functionalities and enhancements.

• Maintaining tight and active communication with international SAP teams.

What you need to succeed:

• Proven working knowledge of SAP SD. 

• Experience with the SAP AFS solution and knowledge of ABAP Workbench will be an asset. 

• Working consulting experience of SAP ECC, experience with S4 will bea plus.

• Good knowledge of ITIL procedures, in particular processes in incident management, will be an asset

• Fluent English. 

• Strong customer service orientation. 

• Excellent communication skills. 

• Ability to handle multiple priorities.
