Senior Data Scientist

Your role in the project:

• The projects aim to create PoCs for four use cases related to client analysis and management. Sample projects are dynamic client targeting for new products, predicting optimal call frequency to ensure effective client satisfaction and communication, and prediction of the best next action with the client.

• Our engineers will be shadowed by data scientists. Engineers will not participate in development. The purpose is to learn.

If you possess...

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in computer science or related fields.
• Extensive experience in the role of data scientist in the areas of Advanced and Predictive Analytics.
• Excellent practical and theoretical knowledge of classical machine learning algorithms used in classification and regression and other classical data science tasks.

o Experience in realization of the projects that aimed at customer analysis and management, for example

▪ dynamic client targeting for new products,

▪ predicting optimal call frequency to ensure effective client satisfaction and communication,

▪ prediction of the best next action with the client.

• Experience in rapid Proof of Concept (PoC) project execution:

▪ understanding requirements,

▪ assessing available data sources,

▪ proposing solution architecture, selecting models for testing, designing data engineering transformations, planning evaluation tests, etc.

▪ documenting the solution and

▪ presenting achieved results.

• Excellent proficiency in Python and libraries and frameworks for data science tasks (ex. skitlearn, PyTorch, any other)
• Proficient English language communication skills
• Ability to work in a team.
• Independence and proactivity in task execution.

Nice to have

• Experience in projects for Pharma Companies
• Experience with AWS (Sagemaker, Athena, etc.)
