    We are looking for a Product Manager with EXPERIENCE IN RETAILS for our customer, Swiss the best-known watch brand in the world.


    Responsibilities:

    • Develop and implement data and BI solutions strategies that align with the brand vision.
    • Define solution development roadmap and oversee the entire development process, ensuring timely and successful launches.
    • Collaborate with the development team: solution data analysts, architects, data architects, data engineers, and BI engineers.
    • Manage product budgets, and pricing strategies, and track product performance.
    • Continuously communicate with stakeholders reporting progress, results, and issues. You will be the main point of contact for clients for all topics related to the product.
    • Gather and analyze customer requirements and feedback to improve team performance and ensure products meet client expectations


    If you possess...

    • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or related field.
    • Experience in IT: 8+ years of experience as a Product Manager in IT projects, especially in developing advanced data & BI solutions.
    • Domain knowledge: Understanding of the luxury industry market and horological trends. Experience in luxury watch projects will be an asset.
    • IT technology: Deep understanding of IT technology, including the architecture of data solutions, data engineering techniques, databases, and BI solutions.
    • Agile experience: Experience in Agile methodology.
    • Project management: Excellent project management skills. Defining plans, task prioritization and management. Experience with tools like JIRA, Confluence, etc.
    • Communication: Excellent communication and presentation skills. Easiness of presentation of product vision and technical details
